(A smooth, citrusy cocktail balanced with the natural sweetness of honey.)
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Willie's
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz honey simple syrup*
- Garnish: Fresh citrus slice
Instructions:
- Combine Drink Willie's, fresh lemon juice, and honey simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake for 30-40 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a short glass over one large ice cube.
- Garnish with a fresh citrus slice.
Honey Simple Syrup:
- Dissolve raw honey with water (1:1) in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir until fully dissolved, then allow to cool before use.
